"Wilma!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

If you're a vitamin person, there is an article on MSNBC (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16655168/) that may interest you, especially since you could be consuming dangerous amounts of lead without knowing it. Scary stuff.

I'm not so much a vitamin person. I probably should be, considering the serious lack of nutrition in my diet, but I have never been able to get in the habit of taking them in adulthood. However, I was amused, in reading this otherwise very serious and cautionary article, to read that in the list of the vitamins that actually contained the proper amounts of vitamins as stated on the label and are recommended as good for you, the Flintstones Complete vitamin sat there glowingly, nestled next to such auspicious names as Centrum Silver and One a Day Women's multivitamins.

Who would've known? I remember chewing little purple Dinos in my youth, and I remember not actually being opposed to the taste of the Flintstones family of vitamins. It makes me want to go out and buy a bottle, to relive my childhood while popping my body full of nutritious elements. Can it be possible that nostalgia can help my cardiovascular system? Yabba, Dabba, Do!!
