Internet? INTERNET? Are you still out there?

Oh, yes, there you are.

Sorry for wandering away from the computer, internet. Alas, I don't have access to Blogger at home or work (curse you, filters!), and I stopped working out for three weeks due to a nasty heel spur issue, which means that I couldn't blog at the gym either (it is more than slightly entertaining to me that I BLOG at the GYM). Today, I worked out for the first time in almost a month. And it feels really good. Check back with me tomorrow on that... :)

Life has been busy, of course. Scott's new show started two days ago, The Mysterious Elephant...with the Strange Tree Group, and I have seen it (wait for it...) TWICE. Thank goodness it's a really fantastic show. If you get a chance, go see it. It's even babysitter worthy (Zach and Kate, I'm talking to you!). Scott, of course, is funny and endearing and all good things. He plays two very different characters and nails them both.

The more tedious part of dating an actor is now settling in. The rehearsal process is brutal, in that he is gone most weeknights and some weekend times, and we don't see each other much. In that way, I love it when he starts a show, because I can see him on weeknights and during the day on weekends. But the trade off, of course, is that he is occupied every single weekend night from Thursday--Sunday. It's fun to see the show myself, and I have enjoyed that, but now I have to find ways to occupy my weekend time! Next weekend I'll go to Michigan to see the kiddos, but this weekend, I have to find things to keep me busy! I'm secretly hoping that I will use the extra time to work out, and that I will be super buff by the time his show is over, but I'm giving myself a bit of grace with that. ;)

If you want a date night with me, I seem to be free on the weekends until late July. Give me a holler... Is that desperate? I don't even care...
