Rackin' up the miles...

Yes, Internet, I am alive!

Good to know, eh?

Actually, I am alive and well in Providence, Rhode Island (props to the RVS family for letting me use their internet!) this weekend. It's been quite the week. I was in LA last week (see Jen's blog by using the link to the right, she details our trip far better than I ever could have and she has fantabulous pictures to accompany her descriptions! We had such a great time! Thanks, Jen and Tyler!), and worked Monday thru Thursday, now I am here on the East Coast. It's a glorious sunny day here in Rhode Island, a little chilly, but nonetheless gorgeous. I realized last night that the trip out here to Rhode Island is not such a long plane ride, and I just might do this more often! We are headed to Boston tomorrow, where I have never been, and I am very excited to spend the weekend bopping around the East Coast with my East Coast family, among my favorite people in the world. It is relaxing and energizing to be around people that you love, which I've been reminded of time and time again the past couple of weeks.

If you're back in Chicago, don't worry, I'll be back soon to spend time in the city where I actually live! In the meantime, I'm enjoying this respite from my so-called life...and don't mind a break from the regularly scheduled programming right now...
