This is the day...

My posts have all been really long lately. It's amazing how many thoughts are jammed up there in that head of mine. Maybe that's why I have a headache...

This one will be short. It's a beautiful day. One of those days that you daydream about in the dead of winter, as you hear the crack of the icicles fall from the roof of your building. It's 80 degrees, not humid, and sunny, with a very slight, gentle breeze. It's one of those days that you would give anything to be laying in a grassy area or on a beach with some high-powered sunscreen, an equally high-powered alcoholic beverage and a book that's so good it makes you feel completely inadequate and happy to be alive, all at the same time.

Enjoy, friends. It's a tourist-friendly, exercise-ready, breathe in deeply, close your eyes and let the sun fall on your upturned eyelids kind of day.
