Birthdays

Yesterday was my birthday. I am old. :) But I'll get over that in due time. I console myself with the fact that in ten years, I will be looking longingly back at my age now and wishing for it.

It was as perfect of a birthday as I've had in all my many years. :) It was in the high 70's, with the leaves crunching underfoot, and the smell of leaves in the air. The church service was great. The Bears put a whooping on the Buffalo Bills, 40-7. And Scott took me to Rise for my birthday, and we stuffed ourselves with amazing sushi. It was a perfect, perfect happy birthday to me...
